I bought the Arcade Pack but the games are locked.
Open the App, go to the Settings tab and tap Restore Purchases under Arcade Pack. Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple Account (iPhone and iPad) or Google account (Android) that made the purchase.
Can my kids use the Arcade Pack on their own devices?
Yes. On iPhone and iPad the Arcade Pack supports Family Sharing: once purchase sharing is turned on in your Family group, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases on each family member's device. On Android the pack belongs to the Google account that bought it, so it unlocks on every Android device signed in to that account.
Is the Arcade Pack a subscription?
No. It is a single one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play ($4.99 in the US App Store; prices vary by country). There is no monthly fee, no coins and no gems. Buy it once and every game, including future ones, is unlocked for good.
Which game is free?
Hole is free to play, with no ads and no time limits. The other games are part of the Arcade Pack.
Will I have to pay again for new games?
No. The Arcade Pack is a one-time purchase that covers every game in the App, including every game we release in the future. Once you own it, you have access to all games forever, with nothing more to buy.
Is it really free of ads?
Yes. There are no ads anywhere in the App, in the free game or the paid ones. There are also no "watch a video to continue" prompts, no pop-ups, and no coins or gems for sale. The Arcade Pack is the only purchase, and it is a one-time unlock.
Does the App need internet?
No. Every game works fully offline. The only network use is the App Store or Google Play when you buy or restore the Arcade Pack.
How do I turn off the sound?
Tap the speaker button on the main menu or on any game's landing page. One switch silences music and effects across the whole App.
Where are my high scores and drawings kept?
On your device only. Nothing is uploaded. If you delete the App, its saved data is deleted with it, so back up any drawings you want to keep by saving them to your photos from inside Coloring.
What data does the App collect?
None. No analytics, no accounts, no tracking. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running a current version of iOS or iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets running Android 8.0 or later. Check the App Store listing or the Google Play listing for the exact requirements.
I found a bug or the App crashed.
Sorry about that. The quickest way is the Send Feedback button on the App's Settings tab, which fills in your device and version for you. Or email us with your device model, iOS or Android version, and which game you were playing.
